So here’s my first actual entry…as evidenced by the title. I’ve never even kept a journal so this is a new experience but it should be interesting. I have to be careful not to make any typos because I was making fun of all the spelling errors on Jon’s blog and I know he’s waiting to jump on my shit for any mistakes I make…ahh the joys of married life :). Anyways we didn’t do a whole lot this weekend, just hung around the house mostly. We did go over to a friend’s house for dinner on Sat. night, which was a lot of fun. But since we’re lame, we were home by 11 pm. I’m glad we’re making some friends out here, but I miss all my friends from home (even though most of them are in Japan anyways) and I hope that we’ll see them sometime soon. Well its bedtime so night night sleep tight and don’t let the bed bugs bite (not even nibble!)

Heather! Its great to see that you have a blog! Since you, Jon and I are all doing this it is a really great way to all keep in touch! So how have things been? What have you been up to? I’ve not been up to much (as is evident by the many meaningless posts inmy blog!) but I’m having some fun here in Japan.
I hope things are going good for you! I really miss you and Jon. You guys are my best friends and it sucks that we are so far away! But I hope we can get together again soon. You are always welcome to come visit Tomomi and I in Japan!
