		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Heather doesn’t read her blog often so I’m not sure if she will respond to you. To answer your questions:</p>
<p>Bubble tea can be made sweet. Essentially it is a milk and/or tea base with tapioca pearls (bubbles) added. They can be made with a variety of flavors and sweetness. I’m not fond of it personally since the idea of a chewy drink doesn’t sit well with me. Heather loves it.</p>
<p>The ingredients aren’t terribly expensive. I don’t recall exactly what isle the tapioca pearls were down at Uwajimaya but look for them in the dry goods section. Last time we were there they had a kit that was on sale that included the tea mix, the pearls, instructions, and some oversized straws to drink with.</p>
<p>The price for the ingredients is pretty reasonable. I believe we got all of the stuff for less than $10 which will make several drinks.<br />
