So Jon and I were talking about old tv shows today, and he swore that I’d told him that Fraggle Rock was like my favorite show when I was little. This of course was not true, since I don’t really remember seeing it at all. He mentioned the little guys on the show called doozers, who apparently were 6 in tall and green, and liked to build things. I (being a fan of little and cute) went on the internet in search of a picture of said doozers. Lo and behold, they are like the cutest things in the world. I think I might have to track down some old Fraggle Rock episodes to see them in action

My son, now 20, lived and breathed Fraggle Rock. However, today he barely remembers it, so I had to rent the dvd’s.
Doozers are indeed the cutest thing. On Fraggle Rock, the doozers built structures out of radishes that the fraggles ate. If the fraggles didn’t eat them, the doozers would run out of building space. There are now many episodes of Fraggle rock on DVD. Blockbuster on line carries a lot of them. If you really like the doozers, try renting Doin’ things that doozers do. I think that you will fall in love with Red, Gobo, Wembley, Mokey and Uncle Traveling Matt. Let’s not forget the all knowing, Marjorie the trash heap. One of the best children’s show of the last 30 years. Enjoy.
