I have a question. I currently worked at bake shop at Jewel Osco for 4 weeks now. And the manager start telling me to write on a cake. I mean..not the practice cake. She wants me to write on a customer cake!!!! and i have a hard time to write it neat. And yesterday i started to practiced to wrote on a customer's cake. And....I didn't do good. I wrote the word "Thank' for like....4 times. After the first time, the manager have to scraper it off and ice the cake again, then i did it second time, and it looked horrible, then she scraped it off again. I dunno what to do. BUT!!!!!! i know in the Michael's craft store near my house have a cake decorating class opened, but it cost money, AND i dun want to pay to just learn how to write on a cake.
