First, I agree 100% about your &#039;declaration&#039;.  I don&#039;t understand people who want to legislate fear and hatred.  If we&#039;re going to make gays second class citizens, well...  why stop there?  Why not blacks and hispanics too?  Because that&#039;s not politically correct?

How sad that we champion the idea of single people hooking up with strangers at bars but we frown on love of two people who happen to be gay.  Ridiculous.

If not for the fact that I&#039;m dating the love of my life, I&#039;d be against STRAIGHT marriage :)

I suspect that gays will have a far lower divorce rate, because they&#039;ll be more likely to get married for the right reason - LOVE.  I&#039;m all for it.

OH - and thought #2:  Happy Birthday!
